The Prop Dispensary guidelines & policies:
-Arrange a viewing to choose the props
We have an extensive range of props for viewing/selection. We are available by appointment only.
- Props are collected and returned by you.
Most people make an appointment to come view the props in person.
We do offer a prop pulling service. If you require us to pull props for you based on your brief fees for this service are $100 per hour. This includes pulling props based on your brief, taking photos for you to review, making any adjustments to collection, wrapping & packaging props for collection/drop off.
If you require assistance or a special delivery, feel free to discuss your needs with us. I'm sure we can make arrangements, at a reasonable cost to you.
We can arrange delivery/pick up for additional fees. You are also welcome to organise your own courier.
-Prop hire is due on receipt of invoice. If you need longer payment terms, please arrange this with our team.
-All payments can be made by direct bank deposit or cash.
-All breakages, damages, and loss of props are charged at replacement cost. Please be mindful of this as some props are expensive & some are irreplaceable...
I have become quite attached to all my props, please ensure you handle them with care, hand-wash gently, dry, bubble wrap, package & return the props in pristine condition.
Breakages, it is expected that you will pay replacement costs for broken items. This may also include an admin fee/postage fee for sourcing & collecting replacement items.
It is expected that you will return the broken item, or provide a photo of the broken item.
-Prop hire is for one week.
This gives you time to come select the props for your shoot, do your photo shoot & then return the props.
The props are due back within the weekly hire period, otherwise a new weekly hire invoice will be issued. For longer hire periods happy to discuss further to fit within your budget.
-If props are returned dirty a cleaning/handling fee will be charged.
-Respect the Props
I have spent several years collecting these props from near and far. Each item has been hand selected and each item has a story to tell. Please treat these items as you would if they were your own.
